GLS Parcels from EuropeDear Customers,All shipments delivered in Bulgaria by Interlogistica Courier Ltd. through GLS service from Europe are subject to a single delivery attempt to the recipient’s address. If the recipient is not present at the address or is unable to receive the shipment on the designated delivery day due to reasons beyond our control, Interlogistika has no obligation to attempt a second delivery. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your shipment will be transported to a delivery point as close as possible to the recipient's address stated on the waybill or to our warehouse if the shipment is large or bulky. Once the shipment is delivered to a pickup point, you will receive an SMS with its location, a contact phone number, and the working hours of the facility.
